PATHETIC SERVICE

27th July my car was ******, Issue reported , nobody cares to call me and update me, I am the one initiating calls with the recoveries team and no one cares. I request for warranty cover to which I was told to send the email, sent email to recoveries and no one dares to respond. I call again only to be told that my cover does not have warranty payout , okay I requested a contract since last week and no one has sent it. I keep on calling just for agents to drop my call when I request to speak to a team. If you are their client run away whilst there is time. The service is very baaaaaaaaad I am very sad at this moment
