Pathetic service

Hi

I would like to express the pathetic service I am receiving from Cartrack. I initially signup and the service didn't work for a year and I was paying for it. No credit offered for this instead they promised to fix whatever that wasnt working. I called in Dec 2022 to cancel this service and requested cancellation but no one bothered to provide the cancellation document after numerous attempts. I finally got it in March and sent it through. I get called every week about the same thing of an account that has been cancelled and the amount keep accumulating every month. How does this amount keep accumulating when the account has been cancelled. This is by far the worse service and I am still waiting for this to be resolved after 5 months. Someone just called me now again, I explained the issue, then she went on mute and nothing. This is exactly what i received, NOTHING!
