Pathetic service

Most pathetic customer service experience. I spoke to Neo from Accounts she's understanding but guys from customer services like Slindile are horrible, they dropped my call on me disrespectful and disregarding that I called them .

In accounts department tshilidze nemungani and Lorraine Jonas are some of the worst employees. I have been sending emails cancelling my contract but they failed.
