Pathetic service

They are so pathetic and they service is very terrible they answer the calls as if they doing us a favour by calling us back I was stuck on the road and requested road side assistance the tell me they only give 4 times a year yet my car only started having problems after installation of the device but when they want our money for the system every hour and day the email and call they are so flippen disgracefull to the community they should not even exist they are stupid and useless Netstar is way better and fidelity I definitely recommend DO NOT GO WITH CARTRACK!!!
