Pathetic service

Received a letter of demand stating I have not been paying. Checked my statements and debit orders go off like clockwork on the 31st of each month.

Debit order gone off for R99 since November and suddenly R168 in December. According to Cartrack I requested a value-added tag for the car and they haven't been billing me since April for it.

Seen that my profile is locked I will be requesting my December payment back as I cannot use your service because of CARTRACKs mistake.

Was warned about Cartracks lack of professionalism and deducting whatever amount they want when they want but I was blinded at the R99 package
