Pathetic service

Cartrack service is pathetic I have a tracking unit on my vehicle which cannot be tracked since last year end of November until now. I have informed them of the issue and they said that a technician will be in contact to come and fix it I've been waiting for that technician since. I have been calling and my last call was Tuesday 04 February 2020 and I am still waiting for them to call me back. I think they are not sticking to their contractual obligation to provide me with a working unit and I am paying their contract every month on time and they are not delivering what is expected of them.
