Pathetic service

My unit in my car was faulty I phoned car track I noticed on my app that my cars ignition and car is at a spot where I have never been for the past two days . They gave me a run around and stories about fixing it there excuse was these no technician to come fix it but there is always one when there have to install a new one . I finally got them to come fix after one week . They then put a life maintenance thing on my account with out me knowing . They don't want to refund my money . They really don't practice what they say they going to do neither do they say when installing it that you will have to pay when the unit is faulty and not ur fault in breaking . There after customer service is pathetic and they just in it fir the money
