Pathetic service

I sent an email to this company to have my account closed with and still got debited irrespective when I took a contract with them it was telephonic when cancelling the are forms you must fill in it was then said that my contract will be terminated after 20 days what company isn’t able to cancel a contract with immediate effect unless they hoping that date falls under the debit date.
