Pathetic service

I can't believe this service that you are offering. I don't how many times i called and spoke to the manager by the name of Francina Lebajwa but still no assistance. The manager by the name of promised that a refund will be processed but guess no refund was processed as promised by her. I had to call today just to follow up to my suprise ,I'm told nothing is being done really?
