Pathetic Service

I requested for the dash cam option as an add on.Scheduled an appointment and no communication since,i followed up and was promised that a technician would come on the date i requested and guess what no one bothered to do so.I scheduled for an urgent installation after they failed to do what they promised and the technician called saying his on his way at about 30min and guess what he is still coming,app also seems to be behind as app shows previous days movement…
