Pathetic service

I have not had a good experience with car track. Went into the East Rand branch to get a tracker. I did the paper work and completed everything I needed to. They even added a debit order to my account and have taken off money from my account but yet no one has fitted my car tracker. I have waited nearly 2 weeks now for someone to come and install my tracker.

I am going to cancel my contract and cancel the debit order off my account. No one will ever come to fit a tracker but they will be so quick to debit an account. Hope your service improves because this is not on.
