Pathetic non service

So a followup on previous post... Get a call from apparent PA to Manager of Cartrack on the past Monday saying she will escalate and call us shortly to sort the issue... Still not a single call the whole week from anyone from Cartrack. Brilliant service and feedback... Not!!! Stay clear as I said in my previous post!!!
