Pathetic ****ming service

Cartrack gives pathetic service.. You will be paying for your tracker for more then 4 years or so with all your vehicles, the day will come when your vehicle gets ****** and they cant find the vehicle yet they advertise to say they will find it in fews minutes and even when they Still cant find it they tell you they offer a recovery warranty please do not fall for it its a **** they come up with the most lame excuse and tell you you did not call in and test your device after every 3 months which is bull**** because who needs to call and test the device when you know you paying every month for your vehicle and you know that your tracker app is working and you trust the tracking provider that you serviced with.. and then they tell you they cant speak to you because the profile is on your husbands name although the vehicle that got ****** is yours. Where is the logic? no customer service skills at all ?? uptil now my query is not resolved no manager or anyone called to rectify or apologise they prefer customers who uses languages but i will take this further robbing innocent people thats not how your business will prosper especially people who trusted you
