Pathetic, horrible service and poorly fitted device

We bought a vehicle in February this year, installed a tracking device, which keeps on draining the vehicles battery, we know that it is the tracker as we had changed the battery after it had died the first time, we keep on phoning car track to out this useless tracking device and they keep on promise To come to us, they never come and the vehicle battery has now died 8 times!!!!!! We have had enough, we are horrified at this pathetic service and will never recommend car track to anyone. We are canceling this contract and we will never look back. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!
