Pathetic Horrible Disgusting Experience from Catrack

I have never experience such horrible customer service from any service provider matching the experience I got from Cartrack. I asked them to come instal a tracking unit in my can Monday via their whatsapp channel and was promised that a salesperson will call me so they can come and assist. despite numerous follow ups via the whatsapp channel - I am still waiting for a call. Are these the guys that retrieve ****** vehivles or its me dreaming? Pathetic, Horrible and disgusting service
