Pathetic, Disgusting service by these idiots

Pathetic, Disgusting service by these people. I pay for a towing service every month I am never late and this one time I need assistance I dont get no assistance.

I had to keep calling Cartrack and the towing people none of them got back to me and finally when I do get feedback they tell me that I need to R372. I get a call bare in mind that this is two hours later I get another call telling me that I wont be paying anything however I need to wait a further two hours.

It took two hours for these blaty people to tell me that I need to pay extra and now I have to wait two more hours what the **** is this.

What kind of Mickey Mouse operation are you people running. I mean why am I paying you people ??? I am livid I am still waiting my first interaction with Cartrack was just after one, it's 4:15 I am still waiting !!!!!!!!!!!

I am stuck in the middle of the road with 2 kids what the **** is this???????
