Pathetic customer service

I called Car Track after I sold my car wanting to find out what the process for deactivating the tracker on a sold vehicle is. I was advised to just go through the cancellation process as my contract has already expired. I was advised that on 22 November the car will be deactivated.

I check this morning and discover that they deactivated the wrong car. I call to get this fixed, After spending over 35 minutes on the call, been send from pillar to post, I'm told the cancellation process with require 20 working days notice, I reject that as the notice has been served. Realising that they won't help me, after I spent so much airtime and time on the phone, they decide to activate both cars (even the sold car),then hang up on me.

This is not how you treat a loyal customer, can someone please fix this immediately. I only have one car, why is it difficult for your customer service to execute such a simple instruction? Worse part, they couldn't even give me reference number.

Only if you can
1. Listen to the recording of the call I made a month ago and the one I made on Monday
2. Pick up a phone and call instead of this lousy sms : As per our records your account is in arrears of R 158 which is immediately payable to Cartrack FNB Acc ***. Ref: MASH***?. Cartrack. ***,

Only then will you realise that I owe you nothing. Can someone with a sound business mind please call me?
