PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been calling Car track since last week asking for my tracker report that they keep on telling me that I will receive in 24 hours but I receive nothing. they dont bother to call back to let you know if there is an issue, you are just left there to call again and they tell you 48 hours.. 48 hours pass and you have to call again and still get no assistance.
