month cover. call was answered by a lady who then tranferred me to Sello who might i say is a rude and arrogant person and claims i owe over 3000 rands because i was black listed and need to pay an additional R1800 to get that sorted out. This company is terrible and the staff are useless and arrogant. I am utterly disgusted with the way they handled my query and after the conversation Sello sends me a rude and blunt email which read Kindly find attached unbilled statement with the updated balance of R1 402.70 Please note that cartrack has also blacklisted you and you will be required to pay an additional R1 800.00 to be delisted The total amount to be paid is R3 202.70 and you are required to make an immediate payment today. If this is how you treat clients then you people should consider restaffing with more polite and accomodating people. This is a disgrace to your company. Please take this to court - i have all the proof and call recordings i need.
