Pathetic Company

Their service is pathetic, useless doesn't come close to describing their lack of response. I have 3 units of theirs and requested an upgrade to one unit - scheduled for Wednesday at 3pm fitment and confirmed 3 times on Tuesday only for them to cancel and no one calls to reschedule. I has to call twice yesterday and still no retun call despite them saying they would. Useless. I asked for the CEO contact details and no one is willing to give it to me.
