Pathetic company
Pathetic company, I informed them in December about my vehicle being in an accident and as a result of the damage was a write off. They then explained that due to the contract I had to pay R3294. I requested a policy as none was ever emailed nor posted. I need to know when I signed and if the contract states that when a vehicle is in an accident that I would need to pay for the duration of the contract. They keep on debiting my bank account unauthorised. Im fuming and need this to be sorted.

15 Jun 2022, 08:07Im so furious right now, Im still waiting on feedback from Minette van Dalen wrt to my review, she requested information and I rep**** same day. Until this hour I have not receive any feedback but was given over to Viljoen Attorneys for my outstanding R3259 which according to them I owe as I went into contract. When did I sign a contract and where If you say it was telephonically where is my contact it has never been sent to me. You deduct R2000 this morning unauthorised and Im fuming because you doing this every month. I call this company *****'s. Im taking this further my lawyers will contact you next😡😡
