PATHETIC COMPANY

<p>I had a unit installed with the intension of tracking it on my phone using the app.</p> <p>Only to be told the next day that the unit installed can only be tracked via the Internet, which does not work! And if I want to upgrade I must pay another R340 labour!!!! Why was I not told this before they installed, or at least told of my options????!!!!!</p> <p>As for their customer service?? USELESS! IT TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET THAT INFO!</p> <p> </p> <p>USE TRACKER OR ANY OTHER TRACKING COMPANY NOT CAR TRACK.</p>
