Pathetic client service, bullying!

I requested and paid the necessary fees for a downgrade in October last year. The technician only came in March. I’d stopped paying the old premium in Nov/Dec. Now, cartrack claims I’m in default of a service that I requested be stopped.

I’m in communication with Mpho Ramabulana, who promised to investigate the reasons behind the delay and give me feedback. In fact, Mpho sent a query to Olivier, who was handling the whole transaction, but Olivier hadn’t responded weeks after the initial query. Now a letter has been sent to me with all sorts of threats, including making a negative listing against my name with credit bureaus as well as inform my car insurer with the view to jeopardize any claim I may make in future, unless I pay the amount in dispute.

This is over and above the unending sms’s that demand payment everyday. Such bullying tactics are out of order, especially considering that Mpho hasn’t finished investigating the reasons behind their delay in changing my device, or at the very least, hasn’t given me the promised feedback so that we map a way forward.

What sort of regulatory body govern cartrack? I need to report this case there, please advise.
