Pathetic cartrack system

So Cartrack warned me that if they get here and i am not here they would charge me R600, had my installation booked for 12, they did not pitch, rude technician gave all sorts of excuses. now i am asking them for my R600 and they say it does not work that way???? how can you have two separate rules for customers and for them. so on the system now all of a sudden the booking was only for 13.30???????????????? how honest will you be if the vehicle is ****** and not recovered?????????????????????
