Pathetic Cartack Service

My wife received a letter stating that my wife was listed on the Credit Bureau due to an outstanding invoice. She has been in contact with Cartrack on numerous occasions regarding this to which she was ignored.

In 2023 we reported that our unit might be faulty. The consultant we spoke to advised that they will send a technician to come and inspect the unit but there will be a charge of R600, to which we agreed. To this day, NO technician came to inspect the unit. After the consultant checked on the system, we saw that the fault we experienced was sorted(fault linked to the arming of the parking visibility and ignition on/off function). Cartrack invoiced for the amount quoted above, but still no technician came to inspect the unit after the consultant said he can see the unit being faulty

My wife reached out to them, on numerous occasions, to credit the R600 due to the fact that no technician came to inspect the unit, to which cartrack ignored her. Cartrack cannot provide a job card, signed by my wife, showing that there was a technician to inspect or fix/replace the unit.

My question is how can you blacklist a client, where you cannot provide proof of a job done? How can you invoice a client if there was no work done?

Spoke to Cartrack and they refuse to handle to the matter and no one is responding to my emails regarding the matter

I will not refer anyone to cartrack
