Pathetic car track service

If I could I would give it 0 STARS. I received a call on the 23 August, asking me about my banking details etc, thought it was a routine thing as it’s my first time with them… on the 27th my acc was debited, I called in only to find out there was extra things added into my package , I tell them I didn’t request for any of that , they say I need to pay a cancellation fee ? It was whatever then they debit my account for over R200.00 🤔 for what though? I call they put the phone down on me ?? I requested for them to give me a recording of me asking for these extra things nobody gets back to ?? I ask for a senior to contact me , nobody does that either. They just add things onto the debit order which by the way I DIDNT EVEN APPROVE FOR!?!? I knew what package I wanted when I contacted them.. I didn’t want / need any extras !! They lousy!! And they won’t even admit to their mistake just drop the phone down on your ear and add debit orders on your account !!
