Pathetic and unreliable service from Cartrack

For the past year, we have experienced nothing but poor service from Cartrack. Every time we schedule a technician for an installation or repair, no one shows up and no communication is provided. We only find out after contacting Cartrack ourselves, and each time there is a different excuse — no stock, no technicians available, stock take, etc. This has become a consistent and ongoing pattern. Completely unreliable service with no accountability.
