Pathetic abusive service

I have never dealt with so many *********** people in my life,

I enquired about cancellation as I am about to sell the car, the consultant send me an email stating the cancellation fee and options I can opt for instead of cancelling, she said I can swap cars and I asked her to put the cancellation on hold and I will continue with my monthly payment, as I am interested in swapping cars. From the month of February I have been received more than 8 calls per day and WhatsApp messages stating that I need to pay an amount of R 2 9 82, 88 cancellation fee and monthly payment, I deat with more than 5 consultants I sent more than 5 emails explaining that I did not cancel and I sent them proof that I am up to date but I am still being harassed at this hour, I am getting WhatsApp messages as I am typing this complaint. Pathetic service, car track is abusive
