PASSING THE BUCK, NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP

I had a vehicle that was ****** in 2017 , I reported the vehicle as ****** and was advised by CarTrack promised to get back to me in 3 months and they never did . Insurance paid out for the vehicle and I was under the impression it was cancelled as well, until last week I got a call from debt collectors telling me I owe r4000 of outstanding fees for my ****** NEVER RECOVERED VEHICLE. I called today and was sent from client service to control room to accounts back to accounts and got cut off numerous times by the consultants . Eventually I gave up because this was the same story back in 2017... Vehicle registration was HRN 804 EC. I'm questioning how reliable their service is I give up on the client service IT IS NON EXISTENT!!
