am writing as a very disgruntled and aggrieved customer one of your agents Olwethu made me take the insurance under false information

i told Olwethu that i already have a tracker and Olwethu said she could that i have the R99 tracker with you guys see that and she would like to just upgrade me to the R199 so i agreed ( Please listen to the call made from *** at 13:10 2024/08/02)

today i wake up to see that i was fooled by Olwethu she made me take an additional tracker to the one i have already had

i feel that was dishonest of her and i would like my contract and association with you to be cancelled and the debicheck to be canceller because of how the dealing was made

i am hurt and very disappointed in the way you do business
