Pamela Mjwacu is absolutely fantastic. I wish that everyone at Cartrack could deliver the level of service that she does. In my opinion, she should be the face of Cartrack. She deserves the ultimate promotion. I had been struggling to log in on Friday and over the weekend. None of the customer care personnel came close to delivering her excellent professionalism and caring manner.
