Paid even after cancellation

Worst tracking company. My contract ended and then I didn’t want to renew with the same package , so I downgraded in June. The technician did not come. There was actually no call to even arrange that. They just said they will call me and I was the one who constantly contacted them, with no positive feedback. I paid June, July and August and then the technician came on the 4th of September. Now they’re telling me that I owe for September, not with the current package but the one I cancelled in June. Imagine! Daylight ******* 😏 I regret downgrading with them. Please do not join this company, they’re a ****!
