Paid but app not working

I'm so disappointed with car track.i lost employment and I was in arreas for some time.they called Mr to say I must pay 60% of my arreas and my app will work.i made all means to get the money and pay them.after the agreed amount my app ddnt work.they wanted another payment. Which I asked how come I was not told about it,I could not get an answer. I ended up paying the second payment. After payment they said I must wait 72hrs. It's over a week app still not working. All agents have no answers. Daily I'm told they are escalating the issue. Till to date no solution
