Overpromise and under deliver

I made a deal over the phone with Catrack for the installation of dashboard camera in my car in the Cartrack main branch.

Now the problem started the following day when they had to send a technician for the installation here in Durban when I was told that the Queue is very long so they will only install the dashboard camera next year in 2025. I think it would have been fair if they first alerted me from the start of the deal that they are flooded with customers the whole festive season and therefore I must NOT expect any installation soon. I called them last week on Thursday for the installation.

It means there is a lack of coherence in the system as one hand is not aware of what the other hand is doing. That’s all.
