Overpayment Not paid back
I accidentally transferred 1500 to Cartrack on 27 March 2026 after having paid them my last payment. I contacted them and sent proof of payment and notified them of the overpayment. Dineo Phalime assisted me and confirmed that my refund would take 7 to 14 days, to date, I have not received my money and it’s been way over 14 days.
