Over Deducted.
I have two vehicles which I had trackers fitted in February /March 2018. Been okay all the time. 1st August 2018 , 4 x my monthly instalment was deducted, even though I have a debit order. I only discovered this end August. Going on 3 weeks now trying to get my money refunded. Everytime I get told the payment will reflect on Wednesday. Two Wednesdays gone, no money. Told them to come and remove tracker units and they want me to pay cancellation fee. Really??? Spoke to Donald Mahlangu once, couldnt get him again. All I want is my R1250.
