Over debited account not resolved
My account has been debited three times, I was told this would be rectified instead my account gets debited further. Kindly resolve this matter because this is just ridiculous.

If you are failing to assist with a mere refund what will happen should one ever need the services that they actually pay for, this is cause for great concern and I am rethinking continuing having your services any longer.
