Over debit yet they claim i still owe them

I have been with car tracker for the 3rd month today , this company is trash. They have been taking money from my account on a weekend basis since the second month .They over charged me R1139 which they said it’s a mistake they will fix it .till today im still fighting for my money . Yet my car is not monitored ..my brother has been taking my car for weeks not even once has tracker called to confirm why my car is at a different location for days . Nothing ,i have been calling them every week since month 1 till today my issue is not resolved. I’m definitely cancelling my premium is stressful dealing with them. My premium has notes about this issue but still , im on my own . Definitely trying a different company today .
