Over charging
One thing i will tell you is they will debit your account! Whether you pay months upfront, at the end of the month they will still debit your account. Send them an email asking why, you'll never get a response

All i get is automated responses that you're investigating and the matter will be clarified.
Please explain to me why i am still complaining about the same issue i reported in October 2025!!! Its literally 6months now, but still no matter is being resolved!
