Outstanding service delivery

My son was in an accident last night. Without our knowledge cartrack detected that the vehicle was in a crash and dispatched a unit to the scene. They were a reassuring presence in the chaos and assisted us with handling the towing service and constant communication with the office and handling the many calls. We were on an extremely dark and dangerous road and we felt safer with them assisting us to the end. Thank you so much for the outstanding service and the professional response well executed in our time of need. A big thank you to the guys who came out.
