Our car was towed by a towing company after getting involved in an accident

Our car was towed by a towing company after getting involved in an accident. The towing company took our car to an unauthorised place and it stayed there for more than 5 hours. We called Cartrack to report this and asked them to accompany us to go take the car to the correct place, Cartrack did not assist at all. We have been with Cartrack for over 6 years and this was the only time we ever needed their assistance and they were not able to assist. Therefore we will be looking for another tracking company.
