Our car was ****** from the mall and our phones was off due to the fact that it was flat

Our car was ****** from the mall and our phones was off due to the fact that it was flat. So we had to ask the Ladies at the Hungry Lion for a charger just to get the phone on so that we can contact the Cartrack team. We eventually got the phone on and contacted call center we told them where the car was due to the app and yoh with in minutes a team went out with the police and found our car.
