Online Car tracking not working and bad customer service

I have installed cartrack on my two cars. The package installed should be able to monitor my cars online. The service is being offline for sometime and when i report it to cartrack they give me attitude. As i speak i cant locate my cars but im fully paying for this service. The service from this company is very bad. i was holding for more than thirty minutes and the phone eventually cut off.
