Carrack is ****, I never received a better service since I started with car track, I regret with my entire life why choosing them, I am struggling to cancel. I paid R6670.00 by mistake instead of R667.00 since the 15th of August 2025 until today the 19th September 2025, I have been told the same thing over and over that they are awaiting for an approval for my refund, and they hangup my calls over 7 time since I started calling regarding my refund, their 14 days SLA turned into 33 days.
