One of our staff members was in a motor vehicle accident, we immediately got hold of Cartrack to pull up the video footage as well as to remove the cameras as the vehicle is sitting in a yard, however almost 7 days later we still awaiting on them to get back to us! We urgently needing the video footage for insurance purposes,however they coming up with every excuse as to why they cannot pull it up
