On going debit orders besides cancellation

What’s it gonna take to stop these debit orders?two years ago when I got hijacked ,I called you guys as soon as I had access to a phone(around midnight)…”please call us tomorow during working hours” was your response…the car was never recovered (I understand that,it happens) but I asked for a cancellation on my policy …the debit orders continued for two years straight ,besides requesting Many many many times to stop taking money from my account

Really ,what’s it gonna take to leave my bank account alone ?
