OFF TRACK CAR TRACKING APP

I purchased a new vehicle and had a tracking device installed in my vehicle. Instead of opting for the standard tracking device, I was advised to get the premium package which allows me to monitor the movements of my vehicle as well. Well guess what, the password & username seem to be incorrect according to the error that pops up in red.

The error has been the same from inception to date, I dialled Cartrack and a new password was issued and still no change has been made.

This service has brought me zero value for money and it's quite sad because you're paying for a service that isn't being catered for. As a consequence I can't even monitor the whereabouts of my vehicle as I would've liked to.

I gave a 1 star rating but in all honesty; this service stinks and their "service" should be considered ***** since we're actually paying for an inactive service !
