OBSCENE!!!

I am an existing customer with you guys, and I had an issue with my salary last month where it was taken out of my account. This incident has left me completely in distress, which I then called all my creditors and informed them because I was still sorting it out with my bank. Out of all my creditors you guys kept trying to take money which lead up to obscene amount of bank charges, with calls from you every flipping day and not just once, its INSANE!! Fast forward to actually it being sorted with my bank I called you guys for a payment link, you guys didn't send it to me, and because I was trying to be proactive especially to prevent calls from you, but also just wanted to sort it out. I managed to get the banking details and made payment, even sent the payment link, which you guys confirmed and thanked in the whatsapp chat.

Low and behold I get a call everyday after this and I explain the same freaking thing all over, BUT the lowest of low you guys called me on Good Friday and I had to explain the situation all over again, which I explained the situation to a Team Leader, and of course this is upsetting, but he reassured me that it will get sorted. GOSH, fast forward to the past week, I AM STILL BEING HARASSED!!! WTH!!! In each situation I have to explain the situation...its PATHETIC, especially being a customer...don't you guys make notes??!!

Trust and freaking believe that I am still getting these obscene calls even after explaining my situation...WTH!!! I am nightshift worker, and I have a life...a family. Its SUNDA today, and still I am getting calls...how is this NORMAL??!!! I am feeling harassed its actually pathetic that you guys don't keep records, where is the ACTUAL customer service and freaking empathy, because I made payment!! Its 10000% distressing especially knowing that one has a family and a LIFE...
