Not worth the money

Our business have 6 Vehicles, all with Cartrack units in them. Last year one of our vehicles burned out after a fire started in the dash. Coincidentally 2 days after a new Cartrack unit was installed. Unfortunately the vehicle burned so badly, that the forensic assessment could not say for sure what exactly started the fire. This year. One of the other vehicles started burning from the dash. Luckily the vehicle could be saved and just a harness was replaced. Whilst the harness was being repaired, the cartrack unit was removed by Mahindra. I requested that a senior technician contact me before the Cartrack unit is replaced. My reluctance must make sense to have a new unit fitted. 12 days later, our "account manager" have not managed to get back to me. The service of this company is negligible.
