Not worth 1 star!!

I removed my tracking unit from one vehicle to another, during the process i made an arrangement to pay R150 a month, fast forward to after installation in the new vehicle they have no record of me making an arrangement also to top it all the debited my account in the amount of R850 without me authorising a debicheck.

I called in spoke to two consultants Nadia (consultant) Selo (team leader), both was very rude and unprofessional when requesting to do an investigation into who i spoke to (as calls are recorded) the team leader mentioned names of who i spoke not taking initiative to start an investigation and listen to the calls, instead he insisted that there was no arrangement.

I regret signing up with these guys and will wait until my contract expires and cancel immediately i would not recommend them to any person NEVER!!
